At Eltel district North, we are growing and are now looking for reinforcement in the form of a Project and Construction Manager in Sundsvall! Responsibilities:

As a Project and Construction Manager with us, you will work both from our office and out in the field, responsible for everything from time, economy, and resources to quality related to your projects! The projects involve both new construction and service within fiber and telecommunications, and in the future, projects within our growing area of electricity distribution may also occur. You will be responsible for planning according to customer and stakeholder requirements and for keeping the projects cohesive. Customers you will work with include Trafikverket and FMV. Examples of tasks include:

• On-site visits and supervision
• Contact with customers and subcontractors
• Handling customer orders
• Resource allocation
• Follow-up and reporting
• Participation in customer and construction meetings
• Invoicing
• Responsible for scheduling, cost monitoring, and risk management
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations regarding safety and the environment
• Contact and follow-up with installers/technicians
• Ensuring a safe working environment for subcontractors and own staff

The work is carried out in Sundsvall and within Västernorrland County.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have good knowledge of contract law, ABT06, and AB04
• Have experience leading staff
• Have a very good understanding of finance and performance monitoring
• Are proficient in Excel and the Office suite
• Have good Swedish in speech and writing as well as a good understanding of English
• Have a B driver's license for manual transmission

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in telecommunications, electricity distribution, or energy distribution. Furthermore, it is also advantageous if you have training in areas such as management (project management or equivalent), Work on the Road, Bas-P/Bas-U, ESA, EBR, AMA.

Additional Information

• The position is a permanent employment at 100% where we apply a 6-month probationary period.
