Technical Property Service AB, TFS, is a company based in Norrland that manages maintenance and development of properties for clients who are property owners and users within the industrial, public, and commercial sectors. The company operates in service and preventive maintenance of property technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electricity, and automation. The business is located in Norrland with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, with the head office in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with nearly 450 employees, of which about 240 are employed at TFS.

About the Position

As a ventilation installer, you will primarily work independently in the field on various types of service assignments. Your tasks will include service commitments, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, as well as new and renovation projects. The work involves both planned and more urgent jobs and is varied with many social contact points. As a ventilation installer, you will plan, coordinate, and perform service and installation work for our various clients.

Qualifications

Experience in service or installation work focused on ventilation is an advantage.
