The Regional Management Administration has three main tasks:

• To govern and support operations based on legislation and regulations.
• To offer support and service to the processes and development of operations.
• To provide support and qualitative data to the political trust organization and regional management.

Regional Properties is part of the Regional Management Administration, Area Support and Service, and acts as a revenue-financed unit. The business idea of Regional Properties is to create, adapt, and manage a well-composed portfolio of functional premises based on customer needs and responsible property ownership. As a landlord, we are responsible for local supply, operation, management, and maintenance of the region's properties. When renting out premises, we are responsible for the administration of rents. The area managed amounts to approximately 500,000 m2 of usable space. Our area also includes procurement for our operational part as well as construction management and control of regulatory compliance. In all processes, we work towards long-term ownership and management with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.

We at Regional Properties are now looking for a Construction Coordinator to join us. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement, located in Sundsvall.

In Sundsvall, we currently manage a property portfolio that encompasses about 270,000 m2.

Construction Coordinator for Regional Properties, Sundsvall

As a Construction Coordinator with us, you report directly to the Operations Manager for Regional Properties and belong to the staff.

One of our major challenges is to maintain and further develop a long-term, efficient, and customer-oriented local supply, and to actively work towards achieving the goals in the regional plan for energy efficiency.

The main responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator are to:

• Plan and lead various types of construction service, maintenance, and ordering-related tasks
• Participate in procurement and coordinate construction contracts. Project manage smaller construction projects
• Provide technical assistance to other operations as needed
• Prepare necessary descriptions and construction documents based on project needs
• Ensure that construction drawings and other construction documentation are updated

We are looking for someone who

• Has a relevant university degree or other education/experience deemed relevant by the organization
• Has good experience in maintaining contacts with partners and contractors
• Has good knowledge of the construction, installation, and property industries
• Has extensive experience in handling varying customer needs
• Has documented experience in budgeting, planning, and financial monitoring of projects
• Has experience and enjoys leading various types of projects
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)

It is advantageous if you

• Are a trained construction engineer or have experience in work management, project management, or participated in project work
• Have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
