Do you want to be part of an expansive journey and lead exciting projects in the energy and electrical industry? Aiab Energy AB is looking for a project manager who wants to drive the development of their projects involving diesel-powered backup generators and complete energy solutions.

About Aiab Energy

Since 1970, Aiab has ensured that companies and authorities always have reliable and customized backup power plants and total solutions for power supply. Today, they have development and manufacturing in their facilities in Fagervik in Timrå municipality.

Some of Aiab's clients include the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, the Fortifications Agency, SL, and Statkraft. Such collaborations impose high demands on operation, efficiency, and safety. Aiab works exclusively with customer-tailored total solutions, which means customized equipment as well as development, design, and manufacturing, on-site assembly, commissioning, training, and field service.

About the role

As a project manager at Aiab Energy AB, you will play a central role in planning, leading, and developing projects within the energy and electrical industry. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from the initial reception of new projects, through planning and execution, to final delivery and commissioning.

In your role, you will work closely with both external clients and internal teams, including marketing functions, design, purchasing, and production, to ensure that the project runs smoothly and is delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer expectations. You will also manage risks, changes, and perform continuous follow-up to ensure the highest quality in all parts of the project.

Your profile

Requirements for the position

  • Technical education or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in project management in the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiar with digital tools for financial tracking and project planning.
  • Driving license B
  • Communicates well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

  • Experience with Monitor ERP or similar business systems.
  • Background in electrical installations and power engineering.
  • Knowledge of construction law (AB/ABT).
