At Speedy Bilservice Uppsala, we have a car workshop and a washing hall. Your tasks will include:

Receiving customers.
Answering calls and emails.
Quotations
Invoicing

The position requires a strong sense of service as you will have contact both internally with staff and externally with customers. You enjoy working with varied tasks and are not afraid to take your own initiatives. What you constantly strive for is service and the ability to create a positive impression of the business. You should be self-sufficient and make your own decisions based on the company's best interests. We prefer that you have experience in similar work and have previously worked with customer focus. As a person, you are also flexible and organized, with the ability to build relationships and create trust.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, quality-conscious, meticulous, and knowledgeable.
