We are looking for a Primary Teacher for Leisure Center / Leisure Pedagogue who is eager to work in preschool class at a fantastic school with wonderful students and colleagues.

Workplace Description

Enskede School is a F-9 school with about 950 students. At Enskede School, everyone thrives, which is evident in both students' responses regarding safety and well-being, as well as in low staff turnover. We have a very high proportion of qualified staff.

We are a school that works for an accessible learning environment and focuses on the well-being of students so that we can best meet all students' right to a good education. We strive for our students to be able to benefit from the teaching in the classroom with the help of, among other things, general adaptations and varied teaching. Our operations should be characterized by structure, clarity, and recognition. At Enskede School, all students have a home classroom, and we apply a mobile-free school day.

The school is nicely located in Gamla Enskede with good transportation links, close to the subway stations Sandsborg and Sockenplan, as well as buses.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a safe and positive school experience for all our students. Your view of students is characterized by respect and a belief that all children can and want to develop. You have high expectations for the students, and it is important for you to motivate them and ensure they enjoy school and the leisure center.

You will work in preschool class and together with your colleagues develop and drive the leisure center's teaching. You will have close collaboration with teachers and cooperate regarding the students in preschool class throughout the school day.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is an educated Leisure Pedagogue/Primary Teacher with a focus on leisure centers. You have good initiative and show engagement for the student's entire school day. As a person, you are responsible, solution-focused, flexible, and enjoy collaborating.

You should be a clear, positive leader who easily builds good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to see all students and take their individual circumstances into account, contributing to learning throughout the day. As a pedagogue, you should enjoy being outdoors in nature and recognize the importance of increased movement throughout the student's school day.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
