About the position

As a CNC operator, you will work with programming, monitoring, and adjusting CNC machines to ensure high precision and quality in production. You will be responsible for performing machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed, as well as following safety regulations and quality standards. Your role also includes reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to effectively produce components according to customer requirements. Collaboration with other team members to optimize the production process may also occur.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education focused on technology or industry. You have previous experience working as a CNC operator and are well-acquainted with reading and understanding technical drawings. Good knowledge of CNC machine programming is a requirement, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team. You should also have basic computer skills and be able to communicate fluently in Swedish. You need to be flexible regarding working hours as shifts may occur. Requirements for the position include a driver's license and access to a car, a completed high school education, and substantial experience in CNC work or CNC training.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have experience working with different types of CNC machines and knowledge of CAD/CAM software. Previous work in production or manufacturing is seen as a benefit. Furthermore, certifications in machine safety or quality control are advantageous, as well as experience in leading projects or teams within industrial operations. Knowledge of English and additional language skills can also be beneficial.
