We are now looking for summer substitutes at Villa Siggbo in Tierp for the summer of 2025. You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant/caregiver, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

About Villa Siggbo

Villa Siggbo is a special accommodation for the elderly located in Tierp. The facility has 6 departments spread over 3 floors. We have 3 departments with somatic focus, 2 departments with a dementia focus, and 1 department with a psychogeriatric focus.

Each department has a group manager who works part of their time in the care operations and is present for guidance and support.

We have trained supervisors who welcome and take care of you during the introduction.

Your experience and knowledge

We guess that you who are applying to us:

- enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant/caregiver or have equivalent experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
