We are now looking for another teacher for the leisure center to join our wonderful team at Brunnsängskolan!  

Brunnsängskolan is a F–9 school with approximately 600 students. Our mission statement is “The school where you are seen,” and it permeates the entire operation. The school is located in the Brunnsäng area and is a multicultural school with students from 40 different countries. At the school, we actively work with everyone's right to be respected for who they are, a work that yields good results with increased awareness among all to show respect for each other. The school is characterized by good cooperation between teachers and students. Starting in the fall of 2025, we will launch a football profile in collaboration with Hammarby football, as well as other profiles such as music & choir, art & design, and theory profile.  

Your responsibilities 

As a teacher for the leisure center at Brunnsängskolan, you are responsible for driving and developing the educational work with the children throughout the school day.

This means that you:  
- Plan, evaluate, and follow up on activities during breaks, afternoons, and the important lesson break.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers during the school day and work with other educators and our guardians.  
- Have good leadership skills, are a skilled didactician, and know that the path to learning goes through good relationships.  
- Have the ability to create accessible learning and see the importance of the entire learning environment.  
- Have a good ability to create clear structures that enable a joyful learning experience for the students throughout the school day.

- Have a good ability to collaborate and see the importance of driving the school's development together with other colleagues. 
- Are structured, organized, flexible, and dare to take your own initiatives when faced with new challenges. 
- Have the ability to lead a group in a way that emphasizes structure, good relationships, safety, and order. 
- Have a good ability to create good and trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

Requirements:  
- Have a degree with a teaching license and relevant qualifications for the position. 
- Be well acquainted with Lgr22 and governing documents. 
- Have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. 

Meritorious:

- Experience working in a leisure center.
- Experience working in a multicultural area where language and knowledge development approaches are in focus. 
- Experience working with students with NPF diagnoses.
