JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position is affiliated with the high school preparatory program located in Barkarby. The role includes teaching Spanish and another subject in the high school preparatory program as well as mentorship.

Together with your program team and subject team, you will develop teaching and collaboration within and between subjects. You enjoy working with people, are a good relationship builder, and create a positive team spirit.

As a mentor, you will be responsible for monitoring academic performance, attendance, and the social situation of your students. Mentorship means being a support and creating a school environment that enables students to reach their full potential in learning, together with the student, guardians, relevant teachers, and the school's student health team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a teacher in modern languages (Spanish) in combination with another subject, with certification and experience in high school. You are well acquainted with the curriculum and subject plans for high school. You are engaged and knowledgeable in your subjects and are a skilled educator who enjoys challenges and wants to work in a program team with dedicated and professional teachers. You are confident in your teaching role and can motivate and inspire, and together with the program team, develop the operations so that all students can achieve their goals.

You are secure and clear in your leadership role and have a good ability to create learning for your students. You work formatively and actively for inclusion and accessibility to learning based on the students' needs and conditions. You are cooperative, attentive, driven, and structured.
