Nolato MediTech develops and manufactures polymer products and systems in close collaboration with leading customers in the medical technology and pharmaceutical sectors. The production units are located in Hörby and Lomma and are world leaders in silicone injection molding, with extensive experience in plastic injection molding for medical technology, specializing in 2K and 3K. The company also offers innovative solutions in further processing and assembly.

Technogarden is now assisting Nolato Meditech in Hörby to find a skilled quality engineer who can drive both QA and validation tasks related to processes and products.

The work includes performing tasks in the company's quality processes such as validation of new products/processes, CAPA/deviation management, change management, product release, risk assessment, and the development of documentation such as instructions and control documents.

Further development of quality processes and improvement work is also part of the job, along with significant customer contact. You will work closely with other functions such as production, logistics, and projects in an organization that promotes teamwork as part of our LEAN culture.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who:

• has experience in manufacturing production, quality assurance in medical technology or pharmaceuticals in cleanroom environments.
• has good knowledge of GMP and ISO13485
• holds a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biotech, or equivalent)
• is fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, and is meticulous in your documentation.
• Experience with polymer products and statistical tools like Minitab is an advantage.
