In the welfare administration, approximately 2500 employees work. We in ordinary housing work to provide the people we serve with the right performed interventions based on their needs, carried out with respect and good treatment, thereby creating security.

We are now looking for reinforcement to our wonderful team in Anundsjö home care, we will soon move to new larger premises, and we enjoy helping our elderly population in this beautiful part of our municipality.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our users. We work health-promoting with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone who receives support from us feels secure in staying in their home.

Participation, development, and community are key words for us, where continuous improvements create the conditions for good quality. We work with welfare technology aimed at increasing security, participation, and independence for our users.

The job responsibilities include personal care, assisting with household chores in users' homes, managing medication and wound dressings, documentation, contact person duties, as well as social and physical activities together with our users. We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life for our users.

You will currently be placed at the Anundsjö home care service. We also collaborate with nearby areas.

We offer you a meaningful job where you have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge in palliative care, dementia, rehabilitative approaches, and transfer techniques.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We prefer that you have further education in elderly care and/or dementia or have a focus on psychiatry. Experience working in care and nursing is an advantage.

It is important that you enjoy and thrive in working with people and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods.

For the job, sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required to communicate with users, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.

A valid driver's license, category B, and access to a personal vehicle are required.
