As our fantastic colleague Evelina goes on parental leave, we are looking for you, our new temporary Marketing Coordinator.

Your Role

As Marketing Coordinator at Steam Hotel/Kokpunkten Actionbad, you are an important part of our marketing department. Your ability to create engaging stories through photos, films, and words combined with strategic decisions and analysis is crucial for us to reach out and inspire our guests. The role is business-driven and operational with a broad focus where one day is rarely like the other.

You will work closely with Steam's Marketing Manager and Content Marketer as well as ESS Group's central Brand, PR, and Marketing team in Gothenburg. Together, you will develop plans for all our communication channels. Your work will include creating content for social media, our website, newsletters, strategies, collaborations, in-house material while keeping a close eye on budget and strategic decisions.

What You Do

Your day will be filled with creation and creativity. By publishing, managing, sponsoring, and advertising on our social media channels, you drive sales and carefully track the results. You write clever newsletters that create curiosity and conversions and ensure that our website is up-to-date with menus and the latest images and information. A number of graphic elements are created, which could be a new menu for the AW concept or a logo for the next concert. When it comes to influencer collaborations, you handle inquiries and ensure that these collaborations align with our strategy. Following up and measuring the impact of collaborations is something we find both exciting and important.

Who Are You?

You have an infectious positive attitude and a strong problem-solving ability. As a proactive doer, you take your own initiatives and thrive in working independently within the team. You have a keen eye for the graphic/aesthetic, and it is advantageous if you master tools such as, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite, Creator Studio (Facebook and Instagram), WordPress, and Google Analytics.

Experience analyzing data in Meta Business Suite is a plus, and you are also comfortable with future technologies such as AI and other newly developed technologies. You navigate social media with ease and have experience creating engaging content for Social Media, web, and Newsletters.
