The Agricultural Society of Skåne is a member organization with approximately 7,000 members. The activities mainly consist of field trials and advisory services in construction, crop production, economics, environment, organic farming, livestock, technology, hydrotechnics, rural development, food and health, as well as gardening. To support its activities, the Agricultural Society operates two experimental farms and forestry. Since 2010, the Agricultural Society of Skåne has also been running Önnestad High School. The number of employees is about 55 people. Önnestad High School is located 8 km northwest of Kristianstad. The school offers agricultural education at the high school level with a focus on farming, forestry, horses, natural sciences, animal care, and nature tourism. The operational activities cover about 400 hectares of arable land, of which 70 hectares are certified organic, 65 hectares are pasture, 150 hectares are forest, with 65 dairy cows, 126 sows, and 35 certified organic heifers.

Önnestad High School is now looking for a machine operator for the school's agricultural operations. The role includes being an instructor for the students in their education, both in terms of machine operation and service and repair work.

You have a good hand with machines and a knack for driving. You have an interest in crop production and are inspired to work in a team with both colleagues and students. Since your work will largely involve instruction, we place great importance on your personal qualities.
