About the position Vellingeblomman is a destination for both food and gardening enthusiasts. In their Food Shop, a carefully selected range of delicacies, locally produced products, and high-quality ingredients are offered. We are now looking for a driven and engaged department manager who wants to take the Food Shop to the next level.

Your responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the Food Shop Ensure an attractive and sales-oriented assortment Develop and nurture relationships with both suppliers and customers Lead and inspire employees to create a positive and service-oriented work environment Plan and execute campaigns and activities

Who are you? Have experience working with delicacies and/or grocery retail Have previously held a leadership role with personnel responsibility Are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact Have a business mindset and an eye for sales Are organized, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment
