Requirements: Certified teacher in handicrafts and another subject, preferably Swedish, mathematics, or art.

Position: Handicrafts 60%, small handicrafts in grades 1 and 2, handicrafts in grades 3–6 at Musiklådan school. Additionally, work as a resource teacher in school and teacher in after-school care corresponding to 15%, resulting in a 75% position, with the possibility to substitute up to 100%.

Musiklådan is a non-municipal school in Gottsunda with approximately 140 students. The school has been run since 1994 by a parent association in close collaboration with the staff. Musiklådan is a small school where all staff know all children, providing a good foundation for a safe school environment. The school has one class in each grade from preschool to grade 6. Musiklådan has been an IBIS school since the 2018/19 school year to create positive learning environments.

To promote children's learning and development, we invest a little extra in practical and aesthetic subjects. At Musiklådan, we have movement sessions scheduled every day as well as small handicrafts in grades 1 and 2. In the lower grades, students receive music in small groups every week, in addition to the regular music lesson.

You are engaged and flexible, with a leadership style characterized by a lot of control and warmth, where you maintain oversight and supervision, work overlapping (encouraging and calming), focus on the group, and prepare students for transitions.
