Do you want a part-time job with varied tasks in service, administration, and property maintenance? We are now looking for someone who wants to work extra with fixed working hours in central Västerås. You will work in a property in central Västerås where you are responsible for ensuring that the premises are welcoming, organized, and functional. The position involves a combination of simpler administrative tasks, cleaning, and customer contact. You will be part of a small team and share shifts according to a fixed weekly schedule.

The working hours are scheduled from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We would like you to be available for 1-3 shifts per week, according to the schedule and the needs of the business.

To be considered, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50% – for example, studies or part-time work – and be able to provide proof of this. You enjoy being in a social environment, are meticulous, and self-driven. Providing good service and taking responsibility for both practical and administrative tasks comes naturally to you. • Receive bookings and compile invoice documentation
• Order and replenish products such as paper, lamps, and hygiene items
• Cleaning of premises, wet areas, and restrooms as needed
• Receive customers who rent premises or rooms, and activate access cards
• Lock and close the property for the day
• General supervision tasks such as collecting mail, taking out the trash, and maintaining order
