Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking to take the next step in your career? Publik, Västerås' largest nightclub, is now seeking a dedicated and creative head chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our dining experience to new heights!

About us: Publik is a nightclub in the heart of Västerås where good food, great drinks, and fantastic atmosphere come together. We offer our guests a unique experience and are now looking for a head chef who wants to put their own stamp on our menu.

About the position:

• Employment type: Probationary period
• Scope: 50-80% and occasional days as needed
• Working hours: Varying, includes evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the kitchen team
• Create and innovate the menu to provide guests with a first-class dining experience
• Be responsible for the daily operations, hygiene, and routines of the kitchen
• Order ingredients and manage inventory
• Collaborate with management to continuously improve quality and efficiency

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as a chef, preferably in a leadership position
• Has good knowledge of cooking, flavor combinations, and presentation
• Is a leader with the ability to inspire and organize
• Is creative, meticulous, and flexible
• Has a good understanding of hygiene and food safety
