Skogsverket.se together with Rekomaskin.se continues to grow and we are now looking for another service technician with a good sense of support. You will work in our service and support team with both technical problem-solving and customer contact. The role suits you who enjoy combining practical work with digital support, where you become the customer's most important contact for questions about our products.

We work with machines in forestry, construction, and agriculture, where the aftermarket is key to satisfied customers. You will be based in our premises in Lugnvik, just outside Östersund.

We see it as a significant advantage if you come from a similar role or business and have experience in working with machines and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers to solutions, both remotely via phone and email, and if necessary in consultation with technicians.
• Provide technical advice and answer questions about our products, spare parts, and machine functions via phone and email.
• Register, document, and follow up on support cases according to internal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as workshop, warehouse, and sales to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to improving routines and working methods within the support function.
• Stay updated on new products, technical updates, and changes in the product range.
• Receive visiting customers with simpler inquiries.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and/or electronics.
• Good computer skills and experience working in business/CRM systems.
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious:

• Previous work in technical support or spare parts management.
• Ability to read and interpret simple technical manuals and electrical diagrams.
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving remotely.
• Experience working with forestry machines, construction machines, or similar heavy machinery.
