We are currently looking to recruit competent and dedicated nursing assistants for our evening team in home care!

We are about 45 employees, along with a unit manager and an assistant unit manager. We are located in fresh premises with good transport links in Ekerö and Stenhamra. We use modern working tools, such as a mobile management system.

As a nursing assistant, you will receive an introduction to your tasks and work alongside experienced colleagues whom you can turn to with your questions. We work in geographical teams to maintain good continuity for the client and facilitate collaboration among colleagues.

AdeoCare has unique expertise in dementia and cognitive disorders, and you will receive training that will benefit your continued career.

Job Responsibilities

You will visit our clients and provide support in their daily lives. Your tasks include assisting with:

• personal care and hygiene
• cleaning
• shopping
• laundry
• meals
• walks
• escorting
• seeing the overall picture of the client

Your responsibilities also include documenting according to legal requirements.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has work experience in care, especially in elderly care. A driver's license (B) is required. You need to be able to document, and your Swedish language skills should be good.

You are passionate about providing good service to your clients, and one of your strengths is the ability to see their individual needs. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and are willing to take your own initiatives. You have the ability to handle more pressured situations as well.

Scope and Working Hours

Permanent part-time employment, evenings and weekends. 6-month probationary period.
