Project Manager/Site Manager in Construction Services – Location Skövde


About the Position:

We are looking for an engaged project manager/site manager in construction services to join our team in Skövde. As a project manager, you will plan, lead, and allocate daily work in projects and be responsible for skilled workers within your team. You report to your immediate supervisor and play a key role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and profitably. We welcome applicants who can also bring some carpenters to the team.

Responsibilities and Authority:

• Responsible for calculations, budget, and scheduling in assigned projects/contracts.

• Purchasing and invoice management for assigned projects.

• Employee discussions and instructions for skilled workers.

• Follow-up on the work environment plan and control of time reports.

• Coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Participation in construction meetings and subcontractor meetings.

• Responsible for ensuring that projects are run profitably and efficiently.

• Permit responsible.

• Responsible BAS U on own projects, when the client has transferred the work environment responsibility.

Main Tasks:

• Manage the coordination of work carried out with skilled workers and subcontractors engaged in the projects.

• The project manager ensures to maintain a dialogue with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Act and make decisions to meet goals and policies.

• Participate in construction meetings and subcontractor meetings.

• Control of required training, e.g., use of lifts and hot work, etc.

Requirements:

• Several years of previous experience in a similar role.

• Experience in construction services.

• Familiarity with working with framework agreements.
