Nämndemansgatan in Motala is a nursing home operated by Attendo on behalf of Motala Municipality. The nursing home is centrally located in Östergötland's lake city and overlooks the sports field and football pitches at Mossen, making it an active and vibrant area.

The nursing home has three floors with a total of 54 places, of which 36 are for individuals with dementia. The operation is divided into six departments, each with nine apartments.

As one of our stars working nights is moving on to new challenges, we need you who are a nursing assistant or equivalent and want to work nights. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people. Job Description

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with previous experience in care work within elderly care and have had medication delegation.

You are accustomed to documenting and collaborating with other professionals. You strive for an active and good dialogue and contact with the individual. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is necessary in the role of nursing assistant with us. You should also have good computer skills.

You enjoy providing good service and care, building strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our residents. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the needs of the individual. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.
