About the Position

You will be part of the Sales Support & International Sales department, which is responsible for supporting our sales companies and managing sales to all countries where we have not yet established sales companies. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Sales of products and spare parts
• Processing orders and customer data in the company's business system
• Follow-up with our customers
• Warranties and returns
• Some technical support
• Nurturing and developing customer relationships

About You

To be successful in this role, we believe you have experience working in sales, preferably within the construction machinery industry. Alternatively, you may come from other roles within the industry and wish to work in sales. You have a strong customer focus, are flexible and solution-oriented. You have the ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive processes.

As a person, you are engaged and driven to succeed in your mission. You find it easy to collaborate and build long-term relationships. You have a certain interest in the construction machinery industry and possess good IT skills.

A valid driver's license (B) is required. engcon is a global company, which means that the job may involve travel. You can communicate well in both spoken and written form in Swedish and English. Other languages are a plus.

The position is located in Strömsund.
