Blomsterfonden is a non-profit organization that has been around since 1921. At Blomsterfonden, we work together to provide our residents, members, and customers with a safe and dignified old age based on their needs and wishes.

We primarily operate in two areas: senior housing and care services. Within the framework of care services, we run four nursing homes and our own home care in Stockholm and Danderyd. Our daily work is characterized by compassion, clarity, participation, and honesty.

We are very pleased with the excellent results we have received in both the Socialstyrelsen customer satisfaction survey and the employee survey. We are located in Greater Stockholm, and as an employee, you will be part of our community of about 500 staff members.

We are looking for you who are a qualified nursing assistant with several years of work experience in the profession. Experience in dementia care is an additional merit.

At Blomsterfonden, we work in a team around the resident and have family representatives, supervisors, and representatives in ethics and treatment. You will be part of a team of nursing assistants with a group leader who is also a nurse as your closest supervisor.

Qualifications

You should be a qualified nursing assistant with 1500 points and be able to provide proof from the Socialstyrelsen regarding protected professional title. Experience in dementia care is highly meritorious. You are a person who shows a good attitude towards residents, relatives, and colleagues. It is important that you have good communication skills and master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing, as well as have good computer skills.
