In the historic salons on Tredje Långgatan, you will find Auktionsverket Kulturarena, an event venue for everything from conferences, dinners, and parties to festivals, weddings, and film shoots. Here, we tailor events entirely based on the client's wishes.

As a Property Manager, you will work with everything surrounding the execution of our events. Before the event, you are the one who creates the right conditions to provide our customers with a great experience; after an event, you restore the venue and ensure everything is in the right place, thus creating a good foundation for us to receive and plan the next event. Your work includes inspecting venues, technology, and storage before and after events, where preventive maintenance is crucial to reduce maintenance costs. You will order and follow up on repair work that you are not qualified to perform, where you will work closely with the event planner, restaurant manager, and property managers.

Your responsibilities also include goods reception service; together with the property manager for Auktionsverket, you will ensure that goods arrive according to order. Accuracy in handling is important, where in your role you are responsible for ensuring that the inventory is in order and that stock balances are correct.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in similar work, with a big plus if you have a good understanding of technology. You may have worked as a rigger, property manager, or in events previously and are eager to develop further in this area; we believe this role is perfect for you. You enjoy communicating; in this role, you will have several different points of contact, making it important for you to function as the spider in the web during events.
