Are you an electrician/technician with experience in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems? We are looking for a skilled service technician for our client in Gothenburg. This is a direct recruitment to our client.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of service technician with our client, you will primarily work with service and aftermarket services. The majority of your work will take place in the field. The position involves a lot of customer contact and travel is required. Examples of job tasks include:

• Receiving and executing work orders and assignments within the department
• Performing system updates and configurations to optimize the performance of their systems
• Technical support both internally and externally as well as follow-up and management of contract customers
• Handling warranty issues and complaints, and being a contact person for subcontractors and suppliers

We have a collective agreement with SEF and provide our employees with fair working conditions and opportunities for development. The work is full-time, during the day.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience from a previous role as a service electrician or service technician. As a person, you should be service-oriented, driven, and communicative. You also need to have the ability to independently plan and coordinate your workday and be a solid problem solver.

Requirements for the position are as follows:

• ECY certificate or other authorization
• Driving license B
• Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in a role as a service technician or service electrician

Meritorious requirements:

• Experience with solar energy and energy storage
• Control & regulation and communication experience
