About the role

As a receptionist at Forsmark, you will be part of an energetic team of 4 people. You are the face of the company and thus play a very important role in creating a welcoming and professional reception. Through friendly hospitality, you will welcome and assist customers, visitors, and employees, ensuring that all guests at the reception feel seen and warmly welcomed.

Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming, informing, and guiding customers and their visitors in a service-oriented manner.
• Check-ins and check-outs at the staff accommodation
• Answering calls and emails
• Sauna rentals
• Key and locker management
• Cash handling, inventory, purchasing, and restocking of goods in our store and kiosk

For our operations at Forsmark Nuclear Power Plant, we are looking for an additional receptionist for the annual maintenance stops at Forsmark in 2025.

Preliminary dates for the maintenance stops are:

Forsmark 2: 6/7-19/7
Forsmark 1: 7/9-4/11

The work location is Forsmark, and the employment is temporary.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, flexible, and proactive. You are meticulous in your work and enjoy administrative tasks while striving to deliver that little extra in your service. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. Since you will have your own responsibility for the reception, you are expected to be responsible and able to work independently.

You have good communication skills and communicate very well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We see that you have previous experience as a receptionist, conference host, or another role with high service demands. Additionally, you have a high school education, good IT skills, and familiarity with systems.

Requirements: B driver's license
