Experienced and Cheerful Colleague Wanted

Jureskogs is on an important and fun journey through Sweden to change the perception of fast food; we want to serve fast food without junk, with fantastic ingredients and well-designed restaurants. But we are just at the beginning. Even though many of us are very experienced, we are still a bit of a beginner as a group. We have a lot to learn and a long way to go, so everyone (maybe you) who joins us from the start must enjoy this. You must appreciate change, flexibility, and problem-solving to thrive with us.

We are looking for someone who loves burgers as much as we do! (Okay, maybe not QUITE as much as we do, but you must love people! A fast food experience, as we see it, lies as much in all of us who work here as in the burger itself). We want friendly and cheerful types who can provide a joyful experience to both our team and our guests, even when the clock is late or when the pace drains your energy like the last sips of soda slurped from the straw. (Pure poetry!). It may sound overwhelming, but we help each other; we support one another to be great. Always.

PS. It’s good if you don’t listen TOO much to the boss; we need driven colleagues with their own initiatives. With us, it’s never boring: Your tasks vary!

We love fast food, especially burgers. We naively believe that almost everyone does. It’s simple, tasty, and fun! But standing in the way of this obviousness is a widespread belief that fast food equals junk food. And in many cases, that is true. We want to change that! Why should simple mean bad? Bad for you, for the environment, and for the animals? That’s completely backwards! What we love the most should also be the best, and there should be goodness in good food. That shapes everything we do at Jureskogs, from choosing suppliers, personnel policy, product development, and general decency.

Culture is important to us; we believe we can never become a great place for our guests to hang out if we are not an equally great place to work. Everything starts with the people who work here and how we work together. Who wants to work or eat at a place with a bad atmosphere? We call our culture High Five.
