Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to lead and oversee our organization's health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of safety, health, and environmental protection programs.
• Investigate accidents, implement corrective actions, and drive preventive improvements.
• Provide technical EH&S guidance to management.
• Develop and execute annual EH&S plans.
• Manage and maintain fire protection and emergency response systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CDM and self-insurance.
• Conduct site audits and inspections, assisting in external audits.
• Develop and deliver training on company HSEQ policies and standards.
• Advise senior management on HSEQ responsibilities.
• Manage energy, waste, and sustainability reporting.
• Lead serious incident investigations, traveling as required.
• Champion cultural change and continuous improvement in HSE processes.
• Implement global and local HSE procedures, coordinating HSE committees and training.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager or similar role.
• Expertise in health, safety, environmental regulations, and emergency management.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage complex HSE systems.
