Your mission
We are looking for substitute registered nurses to work evenings, weekends, and nights.
The home healthcare team consists of nurses who work during the day/evening or night. We have a close collaboration with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, and assistive technology specialists. The collaboration also includes nursing staff, care managers, and others.

The municipal health and medical care is responsible for healthcare interventions, rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices within regular housing, special housing, and short-term care units. With us, you will have an interesting and varied job where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for health and medical care and lead and instruct in nursing work together with other nursing staff. You will also work independently, and by taking individual and joint responsibility with colleagues, assessing and performing medical treatments and nursing interventions, you will have the opportunity to develop, broaden, and deepen your competence. You will also get to experience various care and nursing homes, and as a nurse within municipal health and medical care, you have many partners, both internally and externally, which requires you to enjoy collaborating and cooperating. As a nurse with us, you collaborate with external healthcare providers and are part of collaborative healthcare via emergency centers, 1177, medical elderly care units, and IVPA (in waiting for an ambulance) where urgent assignments are included.

You will have close cooperation with various professions, which is why we value good collaboration skills and that you are a flexible person. You have the ability to take your own initiative and work independently. Furthermore, you are attentive, communicative, and have a good attitude. You see challenges in daily work as opportunities for development. We place great importance on personal qualities.

Formal competence requirements
- Registered Nurse.
- You need to have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
- A driving license (B) is required and digital certification with Bank ID.

Meritorious
- It is advantageous if you have experience and/or education directed towards municipal activities.

The employment
We offer summer temporary positions in June, July, and August for evenings, weekends, and nights at 100% or a working degree according to agreement. The nurse is currently placed in Home Healthcare within the welfare and labor market administration. The nearest manager is the operations manager for Home Healthcare.
