We are looking for an engaged, strategic, and structured team player who has the ability to see the big picture. To thrive and succeed in the role, it is important that you have good communication and collaboration skills, as you will work closely with both maintenance engineers and various departments for production maintenance. Taking responsibility for both your own and the group's deliveries is a given for you. As a person, you are problem-solving, proactive, self-driven, and confident in yourself. You also have good analytical and administrative skills and are structured and pedagogical. We would like you to have:

• Technical university education in mechanical engineering or similar, or many years of experience in the field
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Driving license B
• Knowledge of legal requirements in maintenance, spare parts strategies, and inventory management
• Basic economic knowledge
• Experience in risk assessments
• Good knowledge of the Office suite

Desirable qualifications include:

• Experience working in larger maintenance systems, preferably Maximo

As a maintenance engineer in production maintenance, you will play a central role in the company's continuous improvement work to achieve high goals regarding technical availability, sustainability, and safety. Your main task includes analysis work and optimization of maintenance plans for equipment as well as ensuring the right maintenance and spare parts strategies. You will work with existing equipment, identify needs for renovations or new acquisitions, and ensure that new equipment is integrated into the operations in the best way. You will be an important part of the machinery procurement process and act as a coordinator for the project groups towards production maintenance. Your tasks include ensuring that new equipment meets quality requirements and standards, as well as identifying competence, personnel, and training needs for new acquisitions. Working hours are 7 AM - 4 PM. Examples of other tasks:

• Conduct and drive risk inventories and prepare decision-making materials for the investment plan
• Drive technical assignments and investigations, such as pressurized devices
• Prepare specifications for contracts
