Are you a craftsman with experience in concrete work or other trades? Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working physically? Then you might be the one we are looking for to assist our client with future assignments.

About the position
Our client, a leading player in the concrete industry, manufactures precast concrete elements and is now looking for concrete workers to join their team. As a concrete worker, you will be involved in formwork, reinforcement, and casting, where your craftsmanship and precision are crucial for the quality of production. Here, you will work on exciting projects in a dynamic and developing work environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in concrete work or a trade focused on precision and quality.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong sense of detail.
• Is physically strong and enjoys handling heavy tasks.
• Can work independently and is a team player.
• Has proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, to read blueprints and communicate effectively.

Desirable qualifications:

• Previous experience in the concrete industry or other concrete work.
• Forklift and crane licenses.
• Experience from other trades that can add additional skills to the role.

The position starts with TopWork with the goal of the candidate later transitioning to employment with the client. As a consultant at TopWork, you will have a consultant manager who supports you in your assignment with the client. We provide you with advice and recommendations on how you can develop in your work.
