JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To meet the needs of the operations and to maintain care with high quality and good competence, we now need two nurses for our team in municipal primary care.

As a nurse in Municipal Primary Care, you will work as a patient-responsible nurse in one of our areas: ordinary housing, special housing, short-term unit, and LSS/psychiatry, which provides a flexible and challenging workplace.

The working hours are scheduled and performed both during the day, evening, and weekends. Most of the shifts are scheduled during the day, and you only work one weekend out of six. With us, we work based on a person-centered approach where we consider each patient's individual needs based on the individual's circumstances. Close cooperation with other professional categories such as rehab, unit managers, and nursing assistants constitutes a large part of the work.

It is a flexible and varied job, where you meet patients with different care needs and support measures. You are challenged with creative and varied tasks where you place the individual at the center and consider each person's needs and circumstances.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience in municipal primary care is an advantage.

We see that you have a positive attitude towards development and quality work. You have the ability to be flexible and independent in planning and executing your interventions.

As a person, you are solution-focused and attentive, and you share your expertise. You find it easy to collaborate and are unpretentious.
