Hi, do you want to grow with us? Phil’s was founded in 2014 with the goal of transforming the fast food industry from the ground up. The first restaurant opened in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, and today we have 7 restaurants across Sweden and a team of over 120 wonderful colleagues. But now we need another star: Kitchen Manager for Stockholm.

The Role of Kitchen Manager

As a Kitchen Manager, you work with the heart of our company – the food! Your main tasks consist of maintaining routines and preparing food in our kitchens. This may involve frying meat or halloumi, toasting bread, frying fries or chicken, assembling burgers, tacos, and salads, plating for service or take-away, and much more. The tasks also include opening and closing the restaurant

We offer a base salary starting from 32,000 SEK per month and a benefits package that includes both wellness contributions and pension contributions.
