Hello.
We at Fiskeläget in Hötorgshallen are now looking for a chef for our production kitchen.
The company focuses on fish & seafood, which means you must have knowledge & interest in this area.
You should be a self-driven, reliable & responsible person who can take charge of purchasing kitchen supplies and have a sense for working economically, preferably with seasonal ingredients, as well as being able to cook seafood & stocks.
You should be able to produce various spreads such as shrimp salad, salmon spread, as well as different sauces & tartars, etc.
We sell salads, lunch boxes, fish stews, shrimp sandwiches, and open-faced sandwiches.
The pace can be high at times, so a requirement is that you are stress-resistant & can communicate in Swedish both verbally & in writing.
Working hours are 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
