We are looking for a resident physician at Medpro Clinic Torpa-Brålanda

Medpro Clinic Torpa-Brålanda is a family-oriented healthcare center with about 50 wonderful employees. In addition to the healthcare center, we also have a child health clinic, rehabilitation services, and a clinic for youth mental health. Torpa healthcare center, along with its branch in Brålanda, has a total of about 9000 registered patients. The mission of the healthcare center is to provide safe and accessible care and to work on preventive health - something we have been doing since 2011.

Our working model is based on teamwork both within the profession and across disciplines. As a resident physician, you will be part of a team alongside a general practitioner, and together with other professional categories, we hold regular rounds to take a holistic approach to the patient's health and provide the best care based on the patient's needs.

About the position

As a resident physician with us, you will have varied tasks including planned doctor consultations, acute patients, and medical participation in home healthcare. You will have the opportunity to work with other employees to develop the organization and participate in improvement and quality work.

We are based on an evidence-based and developing educational environment with a focus on patient-centered work. Our supervisors are an active part of your training, and we follow the guidelines for continuing education recommended by the ST office.

All physicians are covered by a collective agreement between the Medical Association and the Healthcare Employers Association.

About you

We are looking for a licensed physician with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. You have language skills in Swedish corresponding to level C1.

You enjoy collaborating with others, both physician colleagues and other professionals. You are engaged and understand the importance of good communication. You can adapt your work, approach, and demeanor based on the patient and the situation.

Employment type: Permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period
