Do you have good knowledge of green space maintenance and experience in tree planting? We at Peab Drift & Underhåll are now looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to work in Stockholm and the surrounding area.

About the position

At Peab Drift & Underhåll, we work with the maintenance of parks, green areas, and streets in public environments as well as for property companies. In the role of gardener with us, you will primarily work with the maintenance of green areas in our various projects. This means that you will work with the maintenance of plantings, lawn mowing, trimming, pruning of bushes and trees, as well as clearing of underbrush and cleaning of parks. You will also work on the establishment of new parks. The tasks also include snow removal and clearing of stairs.

To understand customer expectations and perform the work correctly, you should have the ability to interpret drawings and maintenance plans and be able to perform certain documentation such as self-checks and deviation reporting. We consider it important that you have good knowledge of plant handling, planting, and pruning.

Our assignments can be very varied and diverse.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has at least two years of education in gardening, alternatively one year and at least two (2) documented professional certificates in areas such as outdoor environment maintenance, lawn establishment, and plant physiology.
Furthermore, we see that you also have at least two years of work experience in green space installations. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

About you

You are service-oriented, meticulous, and can drive and prioritize tasks independently. We expect you to have the ability to take your own initiatives but also enjoy and be driven by working with others in your team. Being organized, positive, and structured is a given for you. The ability to receive instructions and learn new tasks and routines quickly is also seen as an important skill.
