Do you want to work outdoors and be part of a wonderful team? We are currently seeking handy employees for gardening work in Stockholm. The scope of the position may vary, and it suits you who enjoy working outdoors, are handy, and like to use your body in your work.

About the position: This is a part-time position where you need to have another primary occupation of at least 50% (for example, studies, another job, or elite sports), according to the collective agreement.

Start: June-August, by agreement. Working hours: Monday-Friday. 07:00–16:00, 06:30–15:30. (Overtime may occur) Scope: Part-time as needed. Location: The entire Stockholm area, as our clients are spread from Rosersberg in the north to Södertälje in the south.

You will care for gardens and outdoor areas for private individuals, property companies, housing associations, shops, and industrial areas, together with knowledgeable and experienced colleagues.

Examples of job duties include lawn mowing, trimming, brush clearing, pruning of bushes/trees, hedge trimming, weeding both flower beds and hard surfaces, planting perennials, shrubs, and trees, watering, and cleaning in public areas.

The assignments vary in size, from small to large, with different clients where service is key.

There may also be heavy lifting occasionally.

You can work independently and drive the work forward. You have good teamwork skills, support, and help your colleagues. It is advantageous if you have experience from similar work, but it is not a requirement.

In addition to the requirements, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

This is what Johan, the recruiting manager, says about the role: ~If you enjoy having your hands in the soil and like working outdoors, this role will suit you perfectly. You will work with lawn mowing, pruning, or weeding in varying environments. The work can be physical and sometimes repetitive, but you will have supportive colleagues and experienced employees by your side.

Qualifications:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B.
• Access to your own car.

Meritorious:

• Relevant vocational training in gardening.
• Certificates for brush cutters, chainsaws, loaders, lifts, etc., are a plus.
