About the role as Group Responsible Team Leader

We are looking for someone who has worked for a few years as a skilled worker and wants to take the next step in their career. You will have a central role in leading, distributing, and performing the daily work for your team, which means you will be responsible for green space maintenance and winter maintenance in a municipal property company in Norrort.

You will grow in the role with your own responsibility while being able to bring joy and drive to those you lead. It is a given that you enjoy being outdoors, and you perform your job with commitment and professional pride. Daily tasks consist of weeding, pruning, planting, etc.

You will ensure that the work is carried out according to the schedule and quality requirements, coordinate the team to ensure a smooth work process. In your role, you will also report progress and any issues to the supervisor, as well as ensure that all safety regulations are followed. We are looking for someone with good leadership skills and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with various parties.

As a person, you are service-oriented, responsible, flexible, and can work both independently and in a team. You have a positive attitude and a drive to see projects through to completion. You know what good service means and always strive to be one step ahead. You are expected to have the ability to take your own initiatives and to plan, execute, drive, and prioritize tasks independently. Being organized and structured is a given for you.

What requirements do we have for your competence?

• Completed upper secondary education with a focus on gardening or similar.
• If you lack gardening education, the alternative is to have at least five years of work experience in tasks equivalent to outdoor environment maintenance.
• Driving license B.
• Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team to achieve common goals.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and work environment rules, as well as the ability to work independently and take your own initiatives.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You should be comfortable with digital tools.

The position should be filled as soon as possible and is full-time.
