We are looking for personal assistants for a 9-year-old boy living in Falkenberg

Do you enjoy working with people and want a meaningful and rewarding job? Are you physically fit, cheerful, positive, and do you like to be active and spend time outdoors? Then you are the one we are looking for.

Your tasks will include supporting the client with communication, training, activities, personal hygiene, etc.

It is important that you are attentive and can interact with our client and the entire family. You should have a strong empathetic ability and a good understanding of what appropriate interaction means. Other obvious and valuable qualities are that you are loyal, flexible, and patient. It is important that you are grounded and confident in yourself. You should be 100% committed to the client during working hours.

Experience in healthcare is an advantage, but not a requirement, as personal suitability and chemistry between you, the client, and the rest of the family are crucial.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreements.

Working hours: varying hours, day, evening, and some weekends.
