Personal Roslagen is a staffing and recruitment company founded in 2000 with offices in Norrtälje and Åkersberga. We are an authorized staffing company and work with personnel leasing and recruitment in most industries and professions.

We are now looking for a property manager for one of our client companies in the Norrtälje area. The assignment starts as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the property. This includes daily supervision with regard to operations and environmental control as well as preventive maintenance.

You are responsible for creating and maintaining instructions and routines for operations and maintenance.

You will manage collaboration agreements with service providers such as carpenters, electricians, painters, alarm/security, ventilation, pressure vessel inspections, etc.

You will also create and maintain risk analyses for both operational safety and work environment.

Additionally, you will actively participate in budget work and cost follow-up together with our client's technical manager, as well as prepare annual reports and accounts related to control plans and environmental permits.

We prefer that you have basic knowledge in property management, construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, ventilation, and work environment. Experience in troubleshooting methodology and related programming is an advantage, but not a requirement.

As a person, you should be meticulous, structured, self-driven, and service-oriented. You have a good eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks.

You are proficient in Swedish and English. A driver's license (B) is required, as well as good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you can start at short notice. Since our client is located in Roslagen, you should be residing in Roslagen or be prepared to move here.
