About Us

Närhälsan Sävedalen rehabilitation clinic is located in central Sävedalen in nice and spacious premises.

At the clinic, 30 employees work, of which 17 are physiotherapists. We work together as a team where everyone does their utmost to ensure that those who seek us feel trust and confidence, are involved, well-informed, and satisfied with their visit. For us, it is important to continuously work on improvements in both clinical work and working environment, where we care for each other, thrive, and develop.

About the Job

Your tasks include examining, assessing, and treating patients of all ages with issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system such as pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created. The work also includes prescribing aids.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, through home visits, and may partly be located at a nearby health center. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in primary care and/or digital healthcare meetings is an advantage, but we also welcome you as a recent graduate.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized way based on the goals of the operations. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
