Your role with us:

As a property caretaker, you will have a responsible and varied role.

The work involves preventive maintenance, minor carpentry, building repairs, and snow removal. The job also includes performing inspections, assessing risks in operations, and reporting and addressing damages and deviations. Additionally, improvement work is conducted, fault reports are received, and contact is maintained with external companies.

Who are you?

It is important that you have experience in property maintenance and are familiar with construction/industry. You should have a B driver's license, and a forklift license is an advantage. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and takes initiative. You should be sociable and a good problem solver with a focus on the customer.
