Your Daily Life as an Operations Technician

The operations in the southwestern region are conducted in Västra Götaland, Skåne, and Halland counties. This position is located in the operations district of Gothenburg, which is responsible for operations within Greater Gothenburg, Uddevalla, and the entire archipelago within these areas. The mission of the operations district consists of managing our property portfolio as well as leased objects.

You will independently work with the operation and maintenance of our property portfolio. This involves participating in supervision and care as well as preventive maintenance of primarily technical installations in buildings and associated infrastructure. The role of operations technician is broad, but in this position, you will primarily work with HVAC and cooling.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education in electrical, HVAC, or technical fields. It is advantageous if you have training in cooling systems.

You have previous work experience in one or more areas related to property management, such as HVAC, cooling, or control systems. A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Your personal qualities are important to us. You are structured, take initiative, and are solution-oriented. You have the ability to think outside the box and easily create new relationships.

This position is a permanent employment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement, as positions at Fortifikationsverket are security classified.
