Job Description

As a nurse in our mobile team, you will have a varied job that involves supporting our special accommodation Attendo Alunskiffern during on-call hours.

The work as an on-call nurse means that you make assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations, provide advice via phone, and also perform planned interventions. Your responsibilities also include offering good palliative care. The work is independent while you have access to competent colleagues in the team.

Does this description fit you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, with professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You have a good willingness to collaborate and enjoy a flexible job, sometimes with a high pace, where one day often differs from the other.

You have the ability to make independent decisions and act in acute situations. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated to work with your colleagues to create high-quality care for our patients.

You need to master Swedish in speech and writing and have a good ability to document.
