Konsument Finans AB is a company that has been around since 2002. The company is now looking to expand its team in Kalix, but also offers the opportunity to work from home from anywhere in Sweden.

The company exclusively collaborates with leading companies in the finance/pension and insurance sectors, where we market services and products to individuals and businesses in Sweden. We primarily perform sales and customer service assignments for existing customers of finance/pension and insurance companies, but new sales of financial products and services are also included.

About the Job:

We are now looking for two (2) individuals who want to work with serious sales and marketing of financial products. Through a shorter introduction of about 2 weeks in Kalix or via Teams if you live elsewhere, you will gain a good insight into the customer's products and service offerings. There is an opportunity for you to work from home if you live in another location. You will be offered a fixed monthly salary that is higher than the collective agreement salary, as well as additional commission pay if you meet the company's set goals. Working hours are daytime 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but some evening work may occur on certain assignments, with the possibility to work extra evenings and weekends if desired.

The requirement we place on you is that you approach your work professionally and tackle tasks in a results-oriented manner, and that you, when working from home, have the ability to work undisturbed and possess good work ethics; freedom under responsibility is one of our most important principles.

You are good at using the phone as a work tool to explain our clients' services and products in an honest and trustworthy manner. We place great emphasis on you being reliable, responsible, self-driven, positive, flexible, and always customer-focused. No previous experience is required, but an outgoing personality is an advantage.
