About the Position

Are you a meticulous and structured person with an interest in warehousing and order management? Do you want to work in a central role within a company that is a leader in alarm and IoT solutions? Then this might be the position for you!

We are now looking for a Warehouse and Order Coordinator for our partner's central warehouse in Gothenburg. Here you will have a varied role where you manage the entire order flow – from order reception to picking, packing, freight booking, and customs handling. You will work with technical products and ensure that each delivery is correct and configured before it is sent out to corporate customers in various parts of the world. Given that the company provides technical products, you are expected to perform basic configurations of alarm transmitters.

In summary, your work will involve:

  • Receiving and managing internal orders from sales offices.
  • Planning, picking, and packing products.
  • Booking freight and handling customs procedures.
  • Performing basic assembly and configuration of alarm transmitters, including connection and network setup.
  • Using pallet jacks to retrieve products from high shelves when necessary.
  • Working in the business system Business Central and using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a forklift license and experience working in warehousing or logistics.
  • Has an understanding of the logistics chain and freight flows.
  • Thrives in a work environment where you can focus on your tasks and work independently.
  • Has good computer skills and preferably experience with business systems, such as Excel and Business Central.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and has basic knowledge of English.

About the Employment

This is a full-time consulting assignment with immediate start. The assignment is initially for 6 months, and the ambition is to transition to our partner if the collaboration goes well.

Location: Gothenburg

Working hours: 07:00–16:00, with some flexibility for flexible hours

Start: Immediately or by agreement

Employment: Consulting assignment for 6 months with a chance for direct recruitment
