This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client.

About the Job as Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will occasionally work with regular tasks associated with terminal operations while leading a team. We are looking for a person with good leadership skills who creates good relationships within the workgroup and can lead the group towards a clear goal.

Tasks that may occur:

• Leading the workgroup
• Terminal work
• Forklift driving, mainly reach truck or counterbalance
• Loading and unloading of goods, a lot of work takes place outdoors
• Some administrative tasks.

Some work is manual, which requires good physical condition and comfort in working with your body.

Working hours are scheduled for day shifts, Mon-Fri, 06:20-15:05

Are you our next star?

This position suits you who have previous experience in a leadership role and who enjoys and has experience in logistics. It is also important that you take responsibility for your work. The daily work requires you to be stress-resistant, self-driven, and have a genuine desire to do a good job!

We are looking for you who

• Have had a leadership role before
• Have forklift licenses A1-A4 and B1-B4
• Have a good understanding of Swedish in speech and writing
• Have a good understanding of English in speech and writing
• Have forklift experience in work after completed forklift training, preferably reach truck (B3) or counterbalance (B1)

It is also an advantage if you have

• Worked with similar tasks before
• Have a driver's license and access to a car
