This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our clients in the Gothenburg area. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site with our clients.

About the job as a warehouse worker

As a warehouse worker at our client, you will work with picking and packing goods as well as sorting and placing items in the correct part of the warehouse. It is a physically demanding job that takes place at a fast pace, and you will work alongside friendly and social colleagues. Your work is crucial for our client to deliver high-quality products to their customers on time.

You will, for example:

• pick and pack goods
• pack orders
• sort and place items

The work is scheduled on weekdays, with both day and evening shifts available for the position.

Are you the right fit for the warehouse worker role?

This position is suitable for you who find it exciting to work with order picking and warehouse management. You have a knack for communicating with different types of people and a genuine desire to do a good job. Furthermore, we prefer that you have experience working in a warehouse.

We are looking for someone who

• has another main occupation of at least 50% - for example: part-time job, studies, elite sports, self-employed
• is proficient in Swedish both spoken and written
• can work at least 2 shifts a week
• has good physical fitness

It is also advantageous for the position if you

• have experience in warehouse and order picking work
• have a driver's license and access to a car
• have forklift licenses A1-A4 and B1-B4
• have experience operating forklifts from previous jobs

To succeed in this assignment, it is important that you have a good ability to work efficiently and that you can see both the big picture and the details. It is also important that you set ambitious goals.

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record and burden register as part of the recruitment process before a potential employment.
