About the position

As a transport administrator, you will be the spider in the web at the terminal. You will handle the primary contact with drivers, which means receiving freight documents and administering them in various systems. You will also work with other customer inquiries via phone and email. Most communication will be in English.

The client operates in 3 different systems, so it is advantageous if you have worked in any of these before.

Job Responsibilities

- On-site customer contact, as well as phone and email

The position is based in Gothenburg on Hisingen with immediate start. Working hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Profile & Background

As a person, you are structured, customer- and solution-oriented, and passionate about high-quality service. You communicate well in both Swedish and English.

Since the position involves some independent work, you need to be responsible and have good initiative. You should not be afraid to make your own decisions.

We prefer that you have previous experience in administration within the transport industry and a background in customer service.

Requirements: Swedish and English proficiency in speaking and writing, as well as very good computer skills.
